This returns guide and form is only for sales from the site.

If you purchased from one of our stores or another retailer, please contact them for advice on returning an item.


Returns Policy

For a goodwill refund or exchange, items must be unused and retuned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure your items are accompanied by a completed returns form (see below)


How do I make a return?

Complete the returns form and send the items back to the company at the below address. Please note any item if being returned for a refund or exchange must be in NEW condition. When the items are being returned, please ensure that the item is sent in a mailing wrapper / bag so that no labels or stamps are attached directly to the items’ carton as it will need to be reused when subsequently sold.

We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when making a return of any item and retain you proof of shipping / postage, in case the item gets lost in transit. If lost you can then claim from the shipper. We do not accept liability for any returns damaged or lost during transit back to us.

Faulty Goods

All of our products come with the manufacturers standard warranty. If any of our products are not up to standard due to a manufacturing fault we will provide you with a repair, replacement or a refund at the company’s discretion. Simply email us and send a picture showing the fault if possible so that we can confirm that the reported fault is a manufacturing fault. Once you receive our response complete the returns form and send the item to the appropriate above address.

Please ensure that you inform us as soon as possible after the damage occurs to avoid any delay in receiving a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. We will endeavour to respond within 3 working days.


Unacceptable returns

If you return an item to us outside of the terms of our returns policy and your statuary rights do not apply we may not refund you. The item may be returned to you at your expense and you will be notified of this and any other charges. If you choose to send the item back to us again or you refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. This will not constitute any admission that we have failed to honour our obligations to you and will not constitute any unlawful action against your goods.
